Activities
Energidalen is a R&D Organisation constituted
and owned by the Municipality of Solleftea (Sweden) and is
acting in a close co-operation with several Universities in
Sweden such as The MidSweden University, The Technical University
of Stockholm (KTH), The Technical University of Luleå,
Umeå University and the Swedish University of Agricultural
Science. Energidalen develops and markets technology for the
modern use of renewable energy and focuses it’s attention
to bioenergy and in particular on how to take care of the
excess of biomass in the forests, but also how to treat, refine
and use biomass. Furthermore Energidalen works with ”Energy
saving systems” and how to utilise energy efficiently
in heating systems. The company has a very wide national and
European contact network. It has access to small units and
measurement equipment.
